Vintage Nakamichi RX-202 Unidirectional 2 Head Auto Reverse Cassette

This listing is for a used "kind of working", but needing service Nakamichi RX-202 Cassette Deck  ***Please read entire listing carefully and ask all questions prior to bidding/buying.*** I purchased this back in the 1980's from GNP Audio in Pasadena, CA.   I have had it on a shelf in a storage room for 20+ years.   I just took it off the shelf, powered it on, and verified it plays through both line outputs, but I think the pickup reel belt is slipping, and so the tape isn't being reeled in properly. The auto reverse function doesn't rotate the tape from the A side to B side, or B side to A side.  The tray ejects, but the cassette tape doesn't rotate around before bringing the tray back in. There is a plastic tab on left side of the ejecting tape platform that clips the clear acrylic front plate in place that broke.  It is taped to the bottom of the platform. There is some scratches on the top cover, but the rest of the deck looks pretty clean. No manual OR remote I'll ship UPS Ground within a day of receiving the order so you can get the shipment quickly.  Verify that this can be left at the delivery location without signature. I cannot take returns. Deck will be fully insured for what the amount it sells for, meaning if you received this deck damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling in transit, you file/open a claim with the that carrier. Do not open an eBay buyer return. If you do not agree with the terms listed here then do not purchase.
